I loved working with the children! They were full of energy. I also enjoyed learning about writing grants for a non-profit. Everyone was treated fairly and made you feel like part of the team. They always had your back and understood what it meant to work as a team.
What I wish was different
I wish I had more time working with the children. I spent a lot of time making flyers and reaching out to the families. While I loved doing these things I would have liked to be more hands on.
Advice
Always be willing to try something new! I swore I would never work in a childcare center, but I ended up loving it!

The work team was very nice and helpful. Also, I have learned hoe to deal with books like how to find the book and put it back. How to check in and out books
