I liked how I was able to see all the parts of their HR department and be included in things such as going off site to see candidates test for certain positions, sit in on interviews and help facilitate a new hire orientation. I loved how hands on my experience was and I wasn’t doing busy work.
What I wish was different
Nothing.
Advice
Say yes to everything, within reason. Be open minded to new ideas and experiences because you’ll never know who you’ll meet or what you’ll experience.

What I liked
I liked the experience as a whole. As a Psychology major, I had the opportunity to learn different personalities and network with different people within the company.
What I wish was different
I wouldn't change anything about my experience.

One piece of advice would be to take advantage of learning about what other positions they have and how you may be able to contribute in the future.
