Customer service is a demanding job. You really have to understand that even though the customer may be wrong, they need to be compensated in a sense. It teaches you about how life works and it really sets you up for real life experiences because it can be extremely difficult at times and it's on you to do what you need to do. It opens your eyes, I definitely have a lot more respect for those who work in fast food, can you can definitely tell who has and who hasn't worked in fast food before based on how they act with you.
