What I wish was different
Just wish we had a bit more structured internship program, but I still appreciate being treated almost like a regular employee.
Advice
Be comfortable with not knowing.
Because you are immersed in real work almost immediately, there are lots of industry and company standards and lingo that are not familiar that sometimes may not be explained right away. For me this was a good incentive for self learning, but definitely don't be afraid to ask questions.
