Most of the staff was wonderful, the students were fun and interesting, and it was a very educational experience.
What I wish was different
I wish there had been more support for behavioral issues. There were constant behavioral issues at all levels, that made classroom management more difficult than it should have been with proper support. Behavioral support that was provided tended to be fairly relaxed, and punishments tended to be more empty threats than anything else.
Advice
Be careful going in. Don't be afraid to take a position, but be prepared to be thrown in out of your depth. It's a great experience for learning what you are actually ready for, and how much you still need to learn.
