What I liked

The job itself was involved so I was not bored but it rarely got very busy and chaotic. My coworkers were so kind!

What I wish was different

I wish I was assigned with more tasks because sometimes I did find myself finishing work early and waiting for the next phone call.

Be able to communicate professionally over the phone and in person. Be personable and communicative!
