It was full time and I got paid well. It was also a position designed specifically for college students so it worked out well.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have learned more about the company and the internal workings of it while I was there.
Advice
It was a lot of hard work, but still a great job to have as a college student during the summer. I would like to look for an internship in the future.

Summer Maintenance

What I liked
I enjoyed the pace and actual work content. I was always doing something with my hands and I thrive in that kind of work. I also really enjoyed the people there. They were different from anyone I've ever met and it was a blast getting to know them better.
What I wish was different
I wish my work tasks would've been more clear. My partner and I finished a lot of work ahead of schedule and had large chunks of time where we had nothing to do.
Advice
Come in ready to work. It is a difficult position if you aren't ready to put in a lot of hard hours.
