What I liked
Everyone in the company was very approachable. They did not look down on interns like they were below them, but were extremely open and friendly towards us, always willing to answer questions.
Within a couple of weeks, I was doing independent assays, and running my own screens. This internship was one of the most beneficial learning experiences. I learned a lot about the drug discovery process and the differences between industry and academia.
