The company cares about its employees and shows it. I also was given many opportunities to work with a team and on my own. I learned a lot about their systems and how to examine a case/claim. I gained a lot of professional experience working with Cumberland Mutual. I also learned from many different departments in the few years that I worked there.
What I wish was different
Nothing. It was a great experience. This is my third year with the company and I am grateful for what I have learned.
Advice
I think it is important to work with your team and to form relationships in the company. There are so many opportunities to make connections and to be mentored by some really great, experienced leaders.
