Supervisors do a great job providing a balanced workload on a wide variety of projects. Everyone is very friendly and available to answer questions, which fosters an amazing learning/work environment. The projects I have had the opportunity to work on are very rewarding and have helped me grow as an engineering student.
What I wish was different
Nothing, they really value a healthy work-life balance.
