I wish I had came in asked more questions than I initially did.

Advice

In the beginning, it was difficult to adjust to all the responsibility being handed to me. However, as time went on, these tasks became more familiar and I was able to be more flexible in the work that I had to perform.

Student Sports Manager

May 2017 • Bakersfield, CA

What I liked

Flexible with my Student Schedule. The responsibility that was given to me was of a full-time position which allowed me to grow as an employee. Constantly pushing me to expand my knowledge.

What I wish was different

The pay and hours. We can only work a maximum of 20hours a week. Not sufficiently enough hours to do everything. Overtime does not exist so a lot of the time I found my self putting in extra hours and not getting paid.

Advice

Take advantage of all the opportunities that are given to you and learn from the Pro-Staff.
