I liked the fact I was doing real work, they let me take a higher-up position, and I learned a lot of new things.

I was exposed to many different parts of the company, as well as learning a lot about the telecommunication industry in general. Crown Castle is a continuously growing company, so there are a lot of opportunities within the company. Also, they treat their employees (and interns) very well.

Everyone I met within the company was extremely friendly. Take advantage of the networking opportunities, and don’t be afraid to ask questions.

Crown Castle was a large company, so it meant having access to a wide array of experience and knowledge. There were a good number of other interns/co-ops, so there was a large support system as well

Advice
If you need more work, ask for it. Talk to your supervisor or others in the office, because if you don't ask, they won't know.
