About Crossways Camping Ministries

Crossways Camping Ministries is located in East Central Wisconsin and consists of three separate sites in Waupaca, WI (Pine Lake Camp), Hatley, WI (Waypost Camp), and Clintonville, WI (Imago Dei Village). We are a Lutheran organization that welcomes folks from all backgrounds with the mission of "bringing people together in Christ so that lives are changed and communities enhanced." Our programs vary from site to site but generally consist of 9-10 one-week sessions of youth camp (1st-12th grade youth), family camps (grandparent-kid camp, generic family camp, and camp for families with children with autism), and rental groups (affiliated with various organizations).

“Working at camp is the BEST job I've ever had! I was challenged to step out of my comfort zone, while also being supported endlessly by every staff member on site. This job helped me grow in my faith, develop interpersonal skills with adults and youth, and taught me valuable skills in servant leadership (all while having fun!) Pine Lake is unlike other camps because it offers a small and authentic community that lasts long past your time on summer staff. It feels like a family and I still find myself coming back simply to volunteer because I love the people and the place so much. ”
