I appreciated that cress took on and mentored students remotely during this crazy time in the world. I was still able to gain experience in UX/UI Design over the summer which is exactly what I was looking for.
What I wish was different
I wish there was a little more direction. At times it seemed like my manager was overwhelmed by the amount of interns there were and I didn't always get the feedback I was looking for.
Advice
Don't be afraid to take initiative and just try something if you think it will work out! This is always better than telling your manager I didn't know what you wanted.
