Team oriented environment. Interested in improving and developing its employees. Decent bonus structure depending on position.
What I wish was different
Very difficult to interview into other positions. Must start at entry level. Neglectful senior officers, difficult to get support. Company’s based in Australia and USA offices are young and don’t have many support positions.
Advice
Good in between job if you are creative and smart you can move to a position that suits you. Bonuses are decent if you put the time and work in, but not a career by a long shot.
