This is not a good job for you if you don't genuinely enjoy working with this population.

What I liked

Their supervisors, coordinators, and support staff are very friendly and approachable. They have answered any questions I have presented. The scheduling for their Float staff is wonderful and flexible! It works well with my full time class schedule.

What I wish was different

I wish I had received more information during orientation about Paycom (how they want their employees to use it specifically.- the Do’s and Don’ts).

Advice

Ask your supervisor and coordinators a lot of questions! It shows you care and that you want the best for your consumer/residents.
