Staff was fantastic and super friendly. Welcomed any questions and taught me a lot. The experience and learning how local government works is invaluable.
What I wish was different
Not much really. Maybe hours limit during the summer? It was limited to 20 but I understand that was due to their budget allocation from last year
Advice
Come with an open mind and be ready to learn! Local government is a huge industry I feel that classes don't touch on. It's a great field for work life balance and you learn a lot.
