It was a great environment with a supportive staff. There were plenty of opportunities for growth and getting to know other people in the office.

I would say to take advantage of all of the opportunities to work with other departments if there isn’t a lot going on in yours, people all around you are working on exciting projects

What I liked
The staff were some of the kindest people I have ever met. The office also had a "Donut" system where everyone on staff was assigned to get coffee with a different person every 3 weeks. In the process I had coffee with our Executive Director!
What I wish was different
I wish I would have learned a bit more about what the other departments do/how they function.

Let your supervisors know what you are interested in!
