What I liked

I like the hands on experience and ability to interact with colleagues that have been in the organization for decades to intake their wisdom and knowledge not only in the finance department but also the organization as a whole. They is a great care for employee well being, safe environment and opportunity to grow and to expand into higher positions.

What I wish was different

The only thing I wish had been the different was the application process but above that everything is great!

Advice

My personal advice would be when interning into any organization, corporation or business go in the mindset as a student and not as a teacher or colleague. There may be some topics or things we already know how to do a specific way but when observing and intaking everything done any specific settings you can receive guidance, knowledge, wisdom, strong relationship, and build a strong foundation to your work ethics and professional/personal reputation for future references.
