My wage was decent, she gave me a raise when I asked for it since I was saving for school and a hard worker, perfect schedule, flexible scheduling, etc

A more positive and uplifting work environment/better leadership team.
Advice
I think I've just been in this job for too long. It isn't an optimal environment or job for me. So I suppose my advice is focus on finding jobs that fit you as a person so you don't hate going into work every day. Try not to let an extravagant wage or schedule keep you locked down in a job that ultimately makes you miserable.
