I liked how it was a job in a ballpark and being able to move around and conduct different games. I liked interacting with the other workers as well as assisting with all of the on-field games.
What I wish was different
I wish my supervisor would have been more understanding and accommodating.
Advice
Be prepared to give up the summer to do this job and be willing to interact with kids and adults. Do not try asking for days off because they were not very understanding when I asked.

What I liked
I really liked getting to work closely with the front office executives and interacting with fans every day in the ballpark. I made some very valuable connections that I think will be beneficial in the future.
What I wish was different
I wish that we had more opportunity to learn about the team's marketing strategy and contribute to the promotion of the team internaly.
Advice
If you are planning on doing this internship be prepared to work hard and work late nights.
