Charter Bank really did treat every employee as family. Upper management fostered a community among all staff that made it very difficult to leave come Fall. Plus, they offer the best interest rates in the game!

I wish I would have found this job sooner and worked there for the entirety of my college career.
Advice
Even if business or finance isn't your major, it doesn't hurt to apply! They offer great flexibility and benefits to college students. If you are interested in banking as a career, I would definitely inquire!
