the staff was incredible! they train you well and give you a wide variety of experiences. you get to learn alongside other interns which was fun and fruitful. I was mentored in some way by several different staff members. It was a fun environment that was safe to learn and grow in. I got lots of opportunities to grow my leadership and ministry skills and built great relationships with the staff, volunteers, and students.
What I wish was different
Honestly I wouldn’t change much; I really loved my time there. They could structure mentorship within your ministry area to be a little more intentional.
Advice
Really lean in and say “yes” to every opportunity. I grew so much in so many areas because I took in responsibility that I didn’t know if I knew how to do but asked for help and learned along the way!

What I liked
I loved the environment of this internship. The people I was surround by was incredible. The different opportunities I was exposed to was amazing and such a great learning experience that has changed my life.
What I wish was different
My only wish is that it was longer and I got to spend more time doing this and spending time with this people.
Advice
There is not one thing about this experience that was not a learning experience. Reach out to create those relationships with the other people you are working with.
