The internship is a guide to the integration of theological and practical aspects of ministry, designed to aid the intern in discerning whether or not he/she is called to a church-related vocation. This internship will provide theological and practical training in the life of a local church. Congregational leadership issues are emphasized including relational skills, teaching, administration, financial stewardship, staff management, worship planning, teamwork, event planning and other aspects of student ministry.
