Great training for investment banking. Got exposed to every aspect of a bankers job working with large cap companies as they navigate the transaction process (both buy and sell side) while also performing client service for corporations not currently going through a transaction.
What I wish was different
Hours are extremely long, but that is unavoidable.
Advice
It’s important to keep an open mind and try to find something interesting in any project you are staffed on. If you aren’t interested and motivated, the hours will crush you.

What I liked
Great insight from professionals/mentors, a lot of networking and building connections, new knowledge of the different IB industries, and practice using excel and powerpoint as well as market research/IB vharts and graphs.
What I wish was different
A bit more organization and assigned tasks given to those of us in the program, as we were the first to participate
Advice
Be open-minded and take on different industries to see what you like. Talk to the partners, mentors, and those around you to really get the best of your experience.
