I really enjoyed getting to build confidence in myself by immersing myself in what I was doing and learning all of the ins and outs of the entire revenue cycle.
What I wish was different
I wish they offered a better salary to compensate for the amount of work being done.
Advice
To not be afraid to take chances and share ideas if you have them. Do your research and if your idea is truly sustainable then fight for it and see it through to the end because seeing the finished result is an amazing experience.
