They are flexible with my schedule. It is an easy jibs with good hours.

What I liked
Great coworkers and management. Small amount of workers so you get to know everyone. Regulars come in and get to know you. Commission is good motivator, but really the job is enjoyable by itself. We also get to show sympathy in some cases to help people out where they nees help.
What I wish was different
More quality control. Not everyone has the same integrity levels and don't complete the job as well as they should, because they don't always want to put in the extra work and they don't see the big deal.
Advice
Sometimes you can't help as people as much as they need and it can be hard mentally letting them down, but you have to do it in order to do your job to the best of your abilities.
