What I wish was different

The changing of management at this job caused a decline in the morale of the employees here. This job does not particularly take care of its employees but for a first time worker or student worker you can fit in pretty well here.

Advice

Always give people the respect and kindness you would want to receive even when they are being difficult or not giving you the same. Your blessing will come from doing right by others

I wish I would’ve picked up an internship for my career path.

Advice

It’s a fun work environment, but it is that...work. Not in the typical retail sense, but we deal with tiny humans and parents who don’t get enough sleep. You have to be understanding, kind, outgoing, and so much more to truly do well and enjoy what you’re doing.
