What I liked
I enjoyed being outside and working with children while teaching swim lessons.
What I wish was different
I wish it would not have been such a rainy summer and I wish I didn't have to throw people out of the pool for underage drinking.
Advice
Make sure that you are prepared for the heat and that you have a strong enough backbone to enforce the rules.
