Less program director turnover; easier to secure student driver credentials
Advice
You must be ready to take on a lot of responsibility. You're not getting paid so it's all about self-discipline, but what you're doing makes a tangible and rewarding impact in the community. It seriously builds your leadership skills. You sometimes have to work with people who you may not necessarily agree with, but it's really great preparation for the real world. Highly recommend being a Program Director at Carleton.
