CAN Council is a non-profit organization with the mission of " Building communities where children are free from abuse and neglect". CAN Council serves Arenac, Bay, Huron and Saginaw counties.
CAN Council has four program areas:

Children's Advocacy Center
Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA)
The Rolling Family Resource Center
