My boss is a very understanding and kind. I felt that I was able to grow a tremendous amount under the leaders at this job. I also really enjoyed working with kids and creating meaningful relationships with both the kids I was working with and my coworkers.
What I wish was different
I had a few coworkers who were a bit unprofessional and rude at times. I also feel like I did not have the amount of help I should have had.
Advice
This job requires an incredible amount of patience when working with children and other adults.
