The experience is really helpful to people who are interested in healthcare administrations. I learned a lot about patient registration and health insurance policies . Also being a point of entry person and the welcoming face into a facility is a meaningful contribution to patient care.
What I wish was different
The two weeks training is very intense but worth it. Although I would have preferred it at a slower pace.
