I enjoyed the opportunity to refine my research and writing skills. Learning how to gather foundational knowledge and efficiently navigate a deep dive into legal topics I did not know previously was challenging and exciting. I became a more effective memo-writer, especially when it came to "unanswerable" questions.
What I wish was different
I wish I had more opportunities to observe attorneys in action in court and at arbitrations.

No question is too small. Embrace the little detours that give you more insight into the topic you are focused on.
