Flexible schedule and worked with very friendly, transparent people.
What I wish was different
Communication with upper management wasn't always clear and desired more hands-on experience with marketing, but was not prioritized as much as graphic design.
Advice
This is an effective place to look for close guidance for publication and writing focuses but would not advise for marketing experience.

Digital Marketing Intern
May - August 2019 • Santa Monica, CA
What I liked
I got a great sense of what a fast company was like. The 1-day turn arounds are things that you never encounter in weekly class structures. The company itself hosts events and gets to network with highly influential individuals from New York and Los Angeles which was cool to participate in. Their schedules were also very flexible.
What I wish was different
The internship didn't directly align with what my major was but was none the less an educational experience.
Advice
The internship requires both marketing, graphic design skills. You'll be managing the social media calendar and creating marketing proposal sheets for people constantly. It'll get annoying going through so many little revisions in one day and especially when you're instructed to copy a past document exactly without an editable version to go off of. But if you show diligence they'll definitely be grateful.
