The culture was very open and positive. I had daily contact with my boss, who held an executive-level position, and I was on a team that was willing and able to help me whenever I had questions. I could tell everyone there genuinely cared about me and cared about my learning experience.
What I wish was different
I don't really have anything big that I would've wanted to be different. I know I complained a bit about sitting for so long but that's just part of the job and when I put it in perspective, I actually sat less than my fellow interns.
Advice
My one piece of advice that I would give to anyone looking for an internship would be to just apply! I applied for this internship for the heck of it and smoothly made it through the interview process. I was nervous I didn't have enough experience because I'd never had an internship before, but luckily C&A Industries was willing to take in students that lacked some experience so they could learn.

What I liked
Excellent company culture. Lots of professional development classes and a support network that continues after the internship has ended. C&A cares about developing you as a professional and an individual and they don't expect all of their interns to stay with the company.
