I love the people I work with and the managers at this establishment. Fun, sporty environment that can be fast paced at times, but also very relaxed during others. The hours are extremely flexible.

What I wish was different

I wish I had made more attempts to move up the ladder while working there.

Keep up a good attitude with employers and customers and the experience will go much smoother.

What I liked

I liked being able to work with my friends and interact with people during my shifts.

What I wish was different

I wish I would've had more variability with my duties on the job (but as a server this is unavoidable most of the time)

Advice

Be outgoing! You're interacting with random strangers, and it doesn't matter if you're a shy person, because if you present yourself as outgoing, they'll never know the difference! Being outgoing gets you more tips, and the ultimate goal here is to make money.
