It was really hands on and they gave me some responsibilities directly with the kids.

I wish I had more one on one time with the course planning with the SLPs.
Advice
To always just try your best and give what you can to the people you're working with. That's the most you can do on some days.

What I liked
I enjoyed being involved in the planned activities throughout the program. This is a great opportubity to get hands on experience as well as observe the way a speech pathologist interacts with students to improve on their language abilities
What I wish was different
Advice
Make the most of it! Stay involved and ask questions if you have any. The speech pathologists are willing to help and include you in any information you’re confused about.
