The entire team at Brixey & Meyer are very friendly and approachable. Management is very accommodating and offers a lot of flexibility. I really enjoy the variety of work and projects. I also love the opportunity to be included in meetings and a large variety of learning opportunities. There are many educational resources available to review during downtime. The company culture is great and it is a pleasure to be part of the team.
What I wish was different

Advice
Reach out to the team when you find yourself with downtime. Be engaged and open to any new task or project and ask lots of questions. Take the opportunity to connect with the team (not just those you are directly working with) to build relationships.

What I liked
Everyone at Brixey & Meyer has an extremely welcoming personality which has led me to return for my third internship this summer. I like to learn, so I really enjoy how everyone is willing to take the time to explain a concept or a process that I didn't know about before.
What I wish was different
Nothing, the environment here has been a really good fit for me!
Advice
Take the time to build relationships with the other staff to maximize your experience! Also every question is a good question; don't be nervous to ask questions.
