There needs to be an acceptable and nice way of telling customers they are wrong when they are wrong. "The customer is always right" is bad if we want to be a high functioning society.
It's not a bad thing to be wrong sometimes; it's human nature.
Advice
Be careful what you wish for. Don't have outlandish expectations for things you come across. You have to be able to accept some things and move on if you wish to work in a fast paced environment.
