What I liked
Working here has allowed me to develop my team working skills and skills in a leadership position. It can be a high-stress environment over the summer which requires one to be able to not only multitask but also maintain a positive customer service attitude.
What I wish was different
I wish that there were more opportunities to move up in management positions. It would have been a much better experience if it were not for the negative impacts of coronavirus on the restaurant industry.
Advice
One piece of advice I would share is to practice remaining calm in stressful situations, even if the process takes longer.
