What I liked
Tons of great experience if you're interested in going into trading! Belvedere also does an amazing job of educating its interns and full-time hires through their program Belvedere Trading University. On top of that, it's a really fun place to work in a scenic area of Chicago, along the river.
What I wish was different
There is definitely a learning curve. I would have better prepared had I read some material on options theory prior to beginning my internship.
Advice
If you are a quick-thinker, like math and probability, and have a passion for financial markets, Belvedere is a great place to be. For me, it was a perfect fit. I will be returning to Belvedere as a full-time trader in 2020.
