Advice
This job is challenging not just physically, but mentally as well. Workers should plan ahead and have a visualization of how the customers' items should be placed in the truck for optimal safety. So if you like hands on work and have the ability to plan ahead, this will be a good job for you.

What I liked
The chance to be an entrepreneur and choose the jobs i wanted to do. Leading a team of other individuals. Meeting with customers. Travelling to different areas of Chicago.
What I wish was different
Bellhops was a start-up so they lacked some of the infrastructure of larger companies. If something went wrong it was pretty difficult to remedy.
Advice
Working as a mover was a great summer job. It was very physical but enjoyable. Even a job like this can show employers that you know how to lead others.
