I wish I had taken initiative by making an attempt to earn higher wages by expressing a desire to move up in the company.
Advice
My advice would be to keep a cool head when things get busy. We would have dinner rushes that could get pretty intense, especially on nights when we were understaffed, so it was important to stay focused.
