Bean Group Global (BGG), an economically disadvantaged women-owned small business (EDWOSB) specializing in learning and leadership development for international organizations, is uniquely positioned as a leader in training and coaching. BGG has designed, facilitated, and evaluated learning events for leaders and managers—both face-to-face and virtually—that range from coaching sessions to stand-alone training modules to fully blended learning programs. Our clientele is diverse and includes bilateral donors, nonprofit organizations, and Fortune 500 companies specializing in humanitarian and development assistance.
