What I like most about working at Beadles is the environment. Adam and Dayna are very personable people and will do anything to help out their clients and staff. Adam and Dayna's number one goal is to make residents feel like they're living at home and to treat everyone as one big family. They're very flexible with their hours and accommodate to college kids needs.
What I wish was different
Advice
You get out of a job what you put into it. If you apply yourself and work hard, it is one of the most rewarding jobs out there!

Nothing they work really well with college students to accommodate schedules
Advice
Come in with a positive attitude this is a job you have to stay happy in. If you come in with a bad attitude you will only drag your self down.

What I liked
I love the atmosphere of the workplace, it feels like a family because everybody wants to take care of each other. You never go without when you work here.
What I wish was different
Issues always become resolved once attention is brought to them so there are no long term differences needing to be made.
Advice
Make sure this is something you can do. When you work at any nursing home you are taking care of people and need to do your job well.
