I really liked being able to enhance with customers everyday on a personal level. Helping them to discover what they truly wanted and needed.
What I wish was different
I wish what would have been different was that I didn’t have to leave. I would have stayed working there just because I enjoyed it so much.
Advice
I would say never be afraid to speak up at the workplace. Also definitely try to make new friends.

What I liked
The coworkers were incredible and there were a lot of benefits.
What I wish was different
I wish corporate had hired from within when management was needed. We went months without any actual managers, but they did not hire those who worked as "managers" when this happened or even offered them interviews.
Advice
Be ready to work long hours and be ready to be on call.
