I enjoyed the working environment and my coworkers. Everyone was supportive of one another and worked well together.
What I wish was different
I wish the training was more consistent. I think many of the new workers had trouble figuring stuff out and the managers should've carved out time in their day to spend training with them.
Advice
Working in retail is not easy, but its always important to keep going and hold your head high if you have a bad experience. A smile goes a long way.

Decent managers.
If I wanted hours I got them / overall respectful of my availability and desires.
And the discounts.

How much they push rewards, I know that's normal for places with rewards but dear god does it feel uncomfortable to ask people to apply for credit cards.
Very boring, think folding clothes for 8 hours.
Advice
Take it one day at a time. Be nice to the consumers.

I love the work environment of Banana Republic Factory. The managers and co-workers are super supportive and helpful. The customers are nice and usually most know what they need; they just need to find it. Also, I learned a lot about fashion while working at the factory store.
