I enjoyed the mixture of experiences and exposure to different site phases within Preconstruction and getting to know everyone on site

Less drinking at company events

Never be afraid of taking a challenge on or to earn something new or difficult. No effort is wasted. You'll know why what you are doing is important in the end.
