The entire staff, including those who were not on the Recruitment team, was invested in my success, which made me feel supported and welcomed from day one of the job. My projects during the summer were also well-thought out and important. I never did busywork or work that I could not handle; my supervisor, Emily, understood what I was looking to get out of my internship and tailored my projects based on those desires.
